2007 Dos Blanc (60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Chenin Blanc)
Lush, ripe and complex, integrating mango, papaya and lemon zest. Followed by apple, grapefruit and smoky mineral flavors. Mark this white wine rich & elegant. Enjoy my version of a Super Loire Valley 2007 Fume Blanc (Purisima Mountain Vineyard)
Fascinating aromas and flavors of honey, carmel, ginger, lemon zest and pink grapefruit hints of smoke and ripe apple. The long finish keeps it going with fruit and a minerally spine. Just a kiss of sweet, which makes the finish lively. Aged and fermented in 100% French Oak. 2007 Pinot Gris
Elegant, featuring a cloak of apricot, mineral, white pepper and pear skins wrapped around a core of steel. This wine shows harmony and a sense of terroir. 2007 Roussanne (Demetria Vineyard)
We sourced the Roussanne for this single varietal blend from Demetria Estate. It is aged on its gross lees in two-year-old oak barrels. There is just a whisper of a kiss of oak in the wine. We let some barrels ferment native (wild yeast), which has created an incredible untamed animal character in this wine. Even though it has this spunky aspect, it is delicate with soft flavors of cinnamon. 2007 Riesling (Kick-On Vineyard- Santa Barbara County)
Cool and reserved, this is the essence of terroir, evoking as mineral flavor, with hints of sweet apple, peach and lemon zest. The texture is rich, yet there is a density. 2008 Cuvee Sadie (Santa Barbara County, 60% Viognier; 40% Chardonnay)
A very nice, elegant blend that shows plenty of creamy, oaky richness of pineapples, Meyer lemon, white flowers and ripe green apples, but also a crisp streak of acidity and minerality of limestone that provides grounding and balance. 2008 Cuvee Haliegh (Santa Barbara County, 65% Riesling, 35% Gewürztraminer)
Rich and Dry, with hints of olive oil, steel wool, baked apples and a wonderful aroma of white flowers. With a bracing texture of mineral, honeydew melon and peach skins. 2008 Malvasia Bianca (Santa Barbara County)
Wonderful aromas of mango, honey, and ripe melon. Full-bodied, with fabulous fruit flavors and lively acidity. The finish goes on and on. Yumm! Aged in 100% French Oak 2007 Muscat Canelli (Los Alamos Vineyards)
Perfumed aromas of mandarin orange and tangerine candy are bright and floral leading to a burst of stone fruit flavors. The finish is long and balanced. This wine is a tropical fruit basket in a glass. Serve this wine as an aperitif, with cheeses of spicy foods, fresh fruit desserts and cheesecake. 2007 Syrah/Sangiovese
Dense and complex, yet balances precisely enough to let the currant, cherry, and blackberry fruit pierces through a veil of crisp tannins. Exudes power without excessive weight. The finish lingers extraordinarily well. 2008 Sauvignon Blanc (Central Coast)
This is mineral-driven, showing sea salt, crunchy lime, chive, and hints of dried grass and white flowers, yet has an extra layer of richness, with grapefruit and kiwi on the long tangy finish. Aged in 60% Stainless Steel and 40% French Oak. 2006 Rosé of Syrah
Effusive and bright, nuances of brown sugar, Fig Newton, strawberry and mineral wine followed by a refreshing finish. An ideal wine for a bar-b-que back porch pour with the structure to match with food. 2007 Rosé (60% Syrah, 24% Cinsault, 16% Carignane - Santa Barbara County)
Bursting with fresh strawberries, cherries, cream and spice flavors. A good balance of bright acidity and followed by supple tannins. This is a perfect bottle to serve with your next hot day event. 2008 Rosé of Syrah
This dry rose’ shows juicy flavors of strawberry and cherry, with a round texture kept lively by crisp acidity. Only 50 cases made!
