<strong>2007 Fume Blanc (Purisima Mountain Vineyard)</strong> Fascinating aromas and flavors of honey, caramel, ginger, lemon zest and pink grapefruit hints of smoke and ripe apple. The long finish keeps it going with fruit and a minerally spine. Just a kiss of sweet, which makes the finish lively. Aged and fermented in 100% French Oak. <strong>2008 Pinot Gris (Kick-on Vyd, Santa Barbara County)</strong> Rich honeysuckle, melon, apple, pear and butter notes combine with a supple palate framed by floral and vanilla flavors. <strong>2008 Cuvee Haliegh (Santa Barbara County, 65% Riesling, 35% Gewürztraminer) </strong> Rich and Dry, with hints of olive oil, steel wool, baked apples and a wonderful aroma of white flowers. With a bracing texture of mineral, honeydew melon and peach skins. <strong>2008 Malvasia Bianca (Santa Barbara County)</strong> Wonderful aromas of mango, honey, and ripe melon. Full-bodied, with fabulous fruit flavors and lively acidity. The finish goes on and on. Yumm! Aged in 100% French Oak <strong>2008 Muscat Canelli </strong> All the honey, oranges and perfumes of Muscat are in this bottle, which has a ripeness balanced by freshness which makes it irresistible. The texture is oily, silky perhaps, with just the right touch of acidity. Mark this wine dry. <strong>2008 Sauvignon Blanc (Central Coast) </strong> This is mineral-driven, showing sea salt, crunchy lime, chive, and hints of dried grass and white flowers, yet has an extra layer of richness, with grapefruit and kiwi on the long tangy finish. Aged in 60% Stainless Steel and 40% French Oak. <strong>2008 Cuvee Sadie (Santa Barbara County, 60% Viognier, 40% Chardonnay) </strong> A very nice, elegant blend that shows plenty of creamy, oaky richness of pineapples, Meyer lemon, white flowers and ripe green apples, but also a crisp streak of acidity and minerality of limestone that provides grounding and balance. <strong>2009 Chardonnay </strong> Soon to be released. <strong>2007 Pinot Gris (Kick-On Vineyard-Santa Barbara County) </strong> Elegant, featuring a cloak of apricot, mineral, white pepper and pear skins wrapped around a core of steel. This wine shows harmony and a sense of terroir. <strong>2009 Dos Blanc (55% Sauvignon Blanc; 45% Chenin Blanc) </strong> Dry, elegant and providing mouthwatering crisp white wine that scours and cleanses the palate. The flavors are of limes, lemons, grapefruit, white flowers, stony, tangy minerals.
